Of course! We offer one-time cleanups for special events, injuries, or just to get things back in order. One-time cleanups start at $45. For best results, we recommend signing up for regular weekly service!

We scoop rain or shine! If there’s severe weather, we’ll try to reschedule or pick up the following week. You’ll get a heads-up if we have to skip a visit, and we’ll double the next visit’s scoop!

Yes! We offer you the option for on the way text or email through our system! We also send a picture of the closed gate on every service visit so you can let your dogs out with confidence.    

Keep your grass and leaves trimmed so we can spot all the poop! Let us know about tricky gates or locks ahead of time so we can avoid delays. 

We’re closed on major holidays like New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and Christmas Day to spend time with our families. If your service falls on a holiday, we may rearrange that week’s schedule, or we’ll skip that week and scoop the following one.

Our routes are organized to be as efficient as possible. While we try to accommodate your preferred days, think of it like trash pickup—we’re in certain areas on certain days. We’ll keep you updated on any schedule changes!

Yes. We are registered with the state of North Carolina and have business liability insurance.
